Can I register if I am outside your Country?
All users on our Auction are individuals from Canada and the United States. We do allow some individuals to join from England and Australia that have a established and reputable presence on the internet and have been verified through a payment gateway such as 2checkout, Google or PayPal. If you reside outside the US or Canada and wish to be a user of 2bidlive.com then please contact us.
I've registered but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail?
Several reasons are possible. You might have entered a invalid e-mail, your ISP might be slow or at its peak time, or our server might be still processing your information. Please be patient, if no confirmation e-mail is received in 24 hours,  please contact us.
Can I use the $10 Credit I received towards the cost of a listed item?

For a limited time new users receive a credit to their account. Sellers can use this credit for all 2bidlive.com optional advanced listing features and incurred selling fees for auction services. Henceforth making your first few items FREE to list and sell, giving you the chance to see and feel how our robust auction site operates. New User Credit Can Not Be Used For Purchases

Why are some listings bold and others are in the featured auction section? 
These are add-on features that can also be added to your listing for a certain fee. It is well worth the extra cost to increase your items exposure and to get more people looking at your listing. These features can be added at the time you place you item up for bid.
How can I complain or praise a user when I finish a transaction?
You can leave a user good or bad comments by going to our Feedback page. Once there type in the User Name, then click the "go" button. Enter feedback in the form provided.
Why doesn't my password work?
You might have mistakenly entered your password wrong or you might have your Caps Lock on (Capital Letters). Our system uses a case-sensitive password system.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
Visit our Forgot your password area. Our system will e-mail your password to the e-mail address we have on file. This is for your security.
How do I change my personal information e-mail, address, phone etc.?
Visit our Change User Information area. You can change all your personal information except your User Name.
Can I sign in once, instead of having to put my username and password in all the time?
On the top of the homepage is a LOG-IN link to be able to log in once for the whole site using a browser cookie, you must have cookies enabled or designate 2bidlive as a approved site to use this feature to its fullest. NOTE: However we still require a password when placing a bid on a item or listing a new item for security purposes.

How do I know I won?
Our system automatically sends the buyer and seller an e-mail when the auction ends. The buyer and seller then are responsible for making their own arrangements to conclude the deal. This auction merely offers a venue for buying and selling. We will not, nor cannot, be held responsible for lack of performance by any and all parties. We simply provide a place that allows people to buy and sell. However, do let us know of any problems. We can and will banish anyone who abuses this auction.
What if I bid and the screen saying that it is under the minimum bid?
This means that your bid is below the minimum price the seller is asking for. Just place a bid higher than his starting minimum price. 
I bid on an item, but it says that I have been outbid?
This means that your bid is lower than another users bid. The higher bid will be accepted until another bid is higher. Usually the other bidder has placed a Proxy Bid.
Can I retract my bid once I have confirmed it?
Yes, if there is a legitimate reason. Visit our Retract Your Bid area an explanation is required. Fill out the form and submit your request. The bid may be placed back on the item by Auction Administrator if we feel that the explanation was not legitimate.
I've made a bid on a item, but it has not appeared in the listing.
The reason could be that your web browser might have cached that page. Which means that it has the page in a cache directory on your computer. Simply click the reload button for your browser. 
What if I am the high bidder, but I haven't heard from the seller?
Usually there is a 3 day time period in which the seller and buyer must be contacted. But if for some reason, the seller does not reply to your e-mail, then you can give them a call. If that doesn't work then we sincerely regret that the auction could not be completed. Then the worst case scenario is to leave the seller a bad comment in our Feedback area.
Seller Frequently Ask Questions.
Can I place a bid on my own item?
You can, but many users do not like sellers bidding on their own items. It means that you are not willing to sell your item at that price, and is not a good indication of a reliable seller.
I added a listing, but I don't see it?
Your listing has been added, but sometimes our system is busy and it can take approximately 30 minutes to be updated.
Can I add more information to my item after placing it for auction?
Of course! You can add information to your listings by going to the item to add the information to and click on the Seller add to Description icon.
Can I add a picture to the item I am selling?
Yes, you can add a picture to your listings by filling out the "Image" field when you fill out your Sell Your Item page. Example: http://www.yoursite.com/images/mypicture.gif. You can also add your image to your listings by inserting HTML code. For Example: <img src=http://www.yoursite.com/images/mypicture.gif>
What should I do if the high bidder does not want to pay for the item?
If you have contacted the bidder and he has returned an e-mail saying that he is unable to complete the auction. Then you can view your items html in the previous auctions page. Then e-mail the next highest bidder to see if he or she is interested. 
What if I was the high bidder, but it did not meet the Reserve Price?
It is up to the seller if he or she wants to sell the item at the highest bid since the reserve price was not met.
How can I end my auction early?
If no bids have been placed, go to the auction item you wish to end early. On the left hand side is an icon "Seller add to Description" click on icon, enter your User Name and Password. Go to the bottom of the page and click on the "This auction has no bids. You have the option of deleting it if you wish." Click on the "Delete" button.
